This site is a tribute to Hazel Chambers , My nan and a fantastic mum , Great Nan , sister , aunt and friend .
Hazel had the biggest most kindest heart and was always giving to others in whatever way she could . She was selfless right to the end and family and friends always came first to her .
i would like to raise some money in her memory to the hospice that kindly looked after her in her final days . Their care was much appreciated by us all.
